Mauro is particularly excited to connect with our team, learn about our culture, and dive into the processes that make Pinnacle Propane such a trusted partner. His leadership style is rooted in the belief that people are the key to success. By fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation, he empowers his team to think creatively and take initiative. Outside of work, Mauro is a family-oriented traveler who loves exploring new places. In his free time, he enjoys online gaming with friends and passionately supports Flamengo in Brazilian football. Welcome Jason Foster to the Pinnacle Propane Team! We’re excited to welcome Jason Foster as our new Vice President of Operational Excellence at Pinnacle Propane! Jason brings over 20 years of experience in propane and operations, with a strong background in leadership, working closely with teams across all departments. When asked what drew him to Pinnacle Propane, Jason shared that the size of the company and the opportunity were key factors. He thrives on building relationships, supporting teams, and fostering career growth, describing his leadership style as "hands-off yet highly supportive", with an open-door policy that encourages learning and development. As he steps into his new role, Jason is eager to visit our field teams and identify opportunities for improvement. A fun fact about Jason—he played collegiate football at the University of Michigan, where he was part of the 1997 National Championship and 1998 Big Ten Championship teams! Outside of work, he’s also a big fan of car shows and enjoys spending time at motocross events with his two sons. In addition, Jason loves spending time with his wife Gina, his daughter Delaney, and their three grandchildren. Join us in giving Jason a warm welcome! With over 12 years in the propane industry, Bill brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this role. In addition to his new appointment, he also serves on the Standards & Safety Committee and the Membership Committee, helping to shape the future of propane in Texas. 🌟 Bill’s leadership is backed by 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force as an Aviation Fuels Specialist, demonstrating his lifelong commitment to energy, safety, and service.
