John Runkle, Senior Vice President of Building Science & Resiliency, and Andrew Epp, P.Eng, PMP, National Practice Leader, Building Science & Sustainability, will co-present “Strategies for Mitigating Future Climate Risks.” This session explores strategies for mitigating future climate risks, drawing on the powerful case study of a project that endured two 100-year floods. Meet Jennifer Balash, Human Resources Coordinator at Pinchin in the US!   Jen brings four years of HR experience to our People & Culture team, with a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, and employee education. She began her career as a Human Resources Specialist, excelling in high-volume hiring, training, and guiding new employees through company policies and procedures. She earned her B.S. in Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan, equipping her with a strong foundation in organizational operations and employee engagement.   Jen has been an essential member of the People & Culture team, playing a key role in onboarding, policy and procedure education, HR process improvements, and data analytics, all while managing the HR email mailbox. She also is a trusted partner to her counterpart in Payroll to ensure an accurate processing of Payroll.   Beyond her technical expertise, Jen’s positive energy and commitment to employee experience make her a trusted resource across the organization.
