  • There's so much noise out there about policy changes, AI regulations, and DEI programs. So, who better to sit down with than Massella Dukuly with Charter to help us make sense of it all? Yesterday, we hosted our March webinar and were joined by Massella to break down what Charter has been tracking related to these areas. Here are a few of our takeaways from the discussion: 🟪 Massella highlighted several critical considerations for organizations when it comes to navigating recent & upcoming policy changes -- providing legal support for affected employees, auditing your workforce, reviewing employment policies in light of evolving labor laws, and more. 🟪 Despite increasing attacks on corporate DEI initiatives, a live audience poll revealed that 76% of organizations are still making DEI a priority. To navigate the evolving DEI landscape, organizations should focus on four key actions (head to the blog link below to see what these are). 🟪 A key consideration when it comes to AI is training. Massella emphasized that AI training should be mandatory—not just on how to use AI, but also on its risks and limitations. Allowing employees to opt out could create a major skills gap within organizations, making it essential to ensure everyone is equipped to navigate the evolving AI landscape.     What matters most to today’s top candidates? In a recent blog, we took a look at how candidate types shape interview conversations. We split candidates up across two classes… ✅ “The Doers” - these candidates focus on actions, roles, and getting things done. 64% of the candidates interviewed within Pillar over the past year are “doers”.  🤔 “The Thinkers” - these candidates focus on thoughts, opinions, and interactions. 36% of the candidates interviewed within Pillar over the past year are “thinkers”.
