We are pleased to announce that Philo Ridge Farm has officially become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This milestone enables us to further our founding commitment to organic regenerative agriculture and establish the farm as a permanent community resource in Vermont's Champlain Valley. For over a decade, we have worked to demonstrate how innovative agricultural practices can support soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem resilience. Throughout our transition period, our team has continued to actively steward the land and care for our animals while preparing for this next phase. As a nonprofit living laboratory, we will expand our focus on agricultural research, education, and collaborative partnerships, continuing our work with organizations dedicated to sustainable farming and land management. Philo Ridge Farm is looking for an experienced, solution-oriented leader to be our Gardens & Growing Manager. The Gardens & Growing Manager’s work is rooted in the farm’s ecological mission to steward a responsible, sustainable, organic agricultural system. This position will be a member of the operations team on the farm and will oversee all aspects of garden planning, operations, and administrative processes. The Gardens & Growing Manager will provide day-to-day management and operational coordination of the garden team, equipment, resources, and facilities.
