Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome represents a significant public health concern. According to American Heart Association, approximately 90% of US adults have some stage of CKM, substantially increasing their risk for cardiovascular diseases. The complex interplay between obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular conditions not only impacts patient health but also leads to considerable cost of care for health systems. She also worked with the Center on Addiction, attending regional conferences and developing informational webinars to help orient health system executives towards value-based payment models. Later, Ahlam became a facility administrator at DaVita Kidney Care, managing the overall clinical operations and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and treatments. In 2020, she moved to the United Arab Emirates to apply her expertise in clinical operations at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.   Ahlam joined Petauri Kinect to influence health care on a macro level. She specializes in market research and engaging key opinion leaders. Her responsibilities included ensuring high-quality patient care, driving positive clinical outcomes, fostering employee retention and supporting the growth of patient panels.    This experience has shaped her work at Petauri, where she serves as a thought leader in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic space. She also brings a deep understanding of the dynamics at play within provider sites of care.
