PacTrust has been active in commercial real estate for over 50 years and is one of the largest real estate developers and investment property owners in the Pacific Northwest. We serve tenants of any scale offering over 14.5 million square feet of office, industrial, flex, multifamily and retail as well as 209 acres of undeveloped land. While a large percentage of the properties are in the Pacific Northwest, we also have an asset base in California, Texas, and Maryland.
