  • Sandwich generation caregivers are responsible for raising their children as they care for their aging parents.  As a Sandwich generation caregiver to her mother, Ty navigates the intricacies of the caregiving journey while raising her children. This experience has pushed Ty to find joy in difficult circumstances, through strength and resilience. 💜 At Otsuka, we are working to lead an industry-wide shift in the ways caregivers are valued and supported. • “Otsuka is committed to advocating for the visibility of [caregivers], for making a tangible difference in their lives. And so one of the barometers for success is that qualitative feedback from the caregivers that we build these materials with: Is it something that’s actually helping in the moment and in the conversation in their home when they’re talking to their kids? Is it providing the value that we hope for it to provide in terms of that positive difference in their day to day?” says Randi Rosenfeld, Senior Director, Corporate Brand and Marketing. At Otsuka, we continue to be proud of the work we’re doing on behalf of family caregivers, specifically our newly released our Family Resources available on our site.
