💡 Light is more than just illumination — it's the energy that drives life itself. Tim Zuhlsdorff, a physical chemist at Oregon State University and NSF CAREER Award recipient, studies what happens when molecules interact with light in dynamic environments. His research relies on computational methods, using massive supercomputers to simulate complex systems. Read more on Impact! https://lnkd.in/gfEjf7QM 📸 Aiden Burgess

The College of Science celebrates its 29th Goldwater Scholar! Join us in congratulating Natalie Donato, a third-year Honors biology student passionate about sharks! This isn’t Natalie’s first accolade—she also earned a research internship with the Chapple Big Fish Lab through the Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and the Arts (URSA) program. You might remember Natalie from our recent post about the stunning Oregon shark license plate she designed. Pre-scale vouchers are still available.
