Provider Spotlight: Brett Adelsman, ATC  Brett Adelsman is a certified athletic trainer who brings hands-on experience to OPA’s sports medicine team. With a background in collegiate soccer and CrossFit, he understands what athletes need to stay strong and recover safely.  Brett earned his degree at Bethel University and interned with the Minnesota Vikings, where he supported pro athletes with rehab and injury prevention. At OPA, he focuses on sports injuries and concussion care, using advanced techniques to keep patients safe and performing at their best. A proud Anchorage native, Anton earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Alaska Anchorage and his Master of Clinical Health Services from MEDEX Northwest at UW. His membership with the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS) reflects his passion for helping patients overcome debilitating injuries and return to the activities they love. Anton brings a multicultural perspective to his practice—fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish, he ensures clear, personalized communication with a diverse patient population.
