It’s where one member invites 5-8 others into their space (depending on table size!) for an intimate evening. The host gets to pick a deep, thought-provoking question to spark conversation, and members sign up based on their interests. A private chef prepares a delicious meal, and the wine flows freely. Meet Our Madrid Chef of the Month: Daniele Mira  We started our Chef of the Month series to spotlight exceptional culinary talent in our cities—especially chefs who don’t typically offer intimate, catered dinners. It’s our way of bringing once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences from restaurants to the OTC table, crafted by people who are redefining gastronomy in their own way. This month, we welcomed Daniele Mira — a Michelin-level chef who has cooked in acclaimed kitchens across Copenhagen, London, and Paris. Driven by a passion for discovering new places and cultures, Daniele has spent the last 7 years collecting inspiration from some of Europe’s top restaurants. With deep Italian and Spanish roots, his cooking blends global flavors, contemporary techniques, and a signature funky, modern style. “I’m always looking for new challenges and opportunities to express my creativity in the kitchen,” he says. “I believe that my experience and innovative approach can make a meaningful contribution to dynamic communities like this one.” 🍽 The Menu: – Beef tartare, cured yolk & piparra emulsion – Curry meatballs, glazed shallots & yogurt – Brioche torrija with Ras el Hanout apples & yogurt ice cream an indulgent cheese board 🍷 Each dish was paired with rare and remarkable wines curated by OTC member and wine connoisseur Jesús, including a 1986 Scharzhofberger Riesling & Remelluri Reserva 1982.
