Giordano’s career includes key roles at CBRE, Colliers ABR, and most recently Alti, a global wealth and asset manager where he spearheaded the firm’s US real estate investment practice. Throughout his career, he has provided innovative real estate solutions to foreign and domestic investors, as well as corporate occupiers and owners across a broad range of asset classes and geographies. In his new role at Okada & Company, Giordano will oversee brokerage operations, drive strategic portfolio planning, and execute high-level asset assignments to deliver optimal outcomes for clients. This prestigious recognition celebrates their incredible achievement in leasing a 20,000 SF retail building in Times Square, formerly home to TGI Fridays. The property had sat vacant for three years under the previous broker, but Okada & Company worked their magic—securing a tenant in just six months! This milestone underscores their unmatched expertise, relentless drive, and deep market knowledge, proving once again why they are leaders in NYC commercial real estate.
