Timeboost is now live on Arbitrum One and Nova! This new transaction ordering policy allows users to bid for express lane access, which provides faster transaction inclusion while maintaining Arbitrum a private mempool. Timeboost brings multiple benefits to the Arbitrum ecosystem: - Reduces spam & network congestion by discouraging wasteful latency races - Creates a new potential revenue stream for the Arbitrum DAO - Protects users from front-running and sandwich attacks thanks to the private mempool We're excited about what this unlocks for builders and users across the ecosystem!

Big News from the Arbitrum ecosystem! We're thrilled to share that Converge—a groundbreaking new chain for onchain finance and Real World Assets (RWAs) built by Ethena Labs and Securitize—will be deployed as an Arbitrum chain. Pushing the boundaries of what's possible onchain has always been at the heart of Arbitrum's mission. Working with Converge represents a major leap forward in innovation across our ecosystem. To kick things off: - Converge will implement Stylus, enabling builders to write smart contracts in Solidity, Rust, C, and C++. - They'll also leverage Arbitrum’s native 100ms block times, aiming for 50ms by year-end With the Universal Intents Engine in development, Converge's integration will accelerate liquidity, attract developer mindshare, and strengthen the broader network of interconnected Arbitrum chains. Let’s build together!

Introducing Converge, the next Arbitrum chain — purpose-built to be the settlement layer for onchain finance and Real World Assets (RWAs). Developed by Ethena Labs and Securitize, Converge is a fully customized Arbitrum chain leveraging Celestia for data availability. Here’s what sets it apart: - Native gas tokens: USDe and USDtb - Ultra-fast: 100ms blocks (targeting 50ms) - Settlement layer for Ethereal and potentially more appchains - Validator network powered by sENA + Celestia - Support for the Stylus upgrade: enabling developers to build smart contracts in Solidity, Rust, C, and C++ With over $7B in liquidity — including USDe, BlackRock’s BUIDL, and tokenized assets from firms like Apollo and KKR — Converge will make these assets productive in DeFi for the first time. Arbitrum is becoming the home for RWAs and institutional DeFi — and Converge will be a key hub in this growing landscape. With over 80 chains powered by Arbitrum, we’re proud to work alongside Ethena Labs, Securitize, Celestia, and Conduit to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the EVM. Ethereum Core Dev on the Prysm Team, Software Engineer @Offchainlabs, initial builders of @Arbitrum

This week, I did a presentation for the epf on validator architecture. Validator clients are key to ethereum protocol and perform the duties to secure the blockchain. To participate as a solo staker ( similar to a miner in Bitcoin) you need to run 3 softwares, a validator client , a beacon node, and an execution client. Running the 3 softwares with an activated validator key allows you to participate as an ethereum equivalent to a miner. In my video I discuss at a high level the software architecture for the validator client I work on. Project: https://lnkd.in/ex3_xTJr You can read about it here epf.wiki/#/eps/day20 and watch
