The future of obstetrics depends on bold solutions. Dr. Lisa Bukovac, Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at OBHG shares critical insights in Medscape’s article, Why Some OB/GYNs Are Walking Away. She highlights the urgent need for malpractice reform, better support for residents and strategies to combat maternal care deserts—issues that impact both clinicians and the patients they serve. Dr. Bukovac’s advocacy underscores the importance of hospital-based obstetric care models that enhance patient safety and help alleviate the burden on community OB/GYNs. As hospitals face increasing financial and staffing challenges, these models can be part of the solution. How do you see the future of obstetric care evolving? https://wb.md/4l3LsNw
