We are proud to support the HVCC Advanced Manufacturing Technology at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy! Glad to see the students are still working hard and learning.
Brian Wickham helps students with a difficult operation, drilling precision radial holes into a long tube. The setup required thinking outside the box, as this will not fit into any of our CNC machines. The Bridgeport mill in our industrial maintenance lab was the only option. These vertical turning centers machine a wide variety of wheel types, whether for high-speed trains, freight or regional transport.
