Since it's Valentine’s Day, we wanted to remind everyone the power of love.♥️ Don’s Voice is the true story of Don and Lorraine. Due to ALS, Don’s love was left unspoken for over a decade. After meeting Don, the Not Impossible team and our partners developed a simple innovation that replicated a paper letter board—and helped him verbalize it. For the first time in 15 years, Don was able to tell Lorraine he loved her. ✨With or without a voice, LOVE speaks volumes.

Now, we are on a mission to change the way all people can experience sound by transforming audio into a unique, immersive full-body experience. In honor of International Day of the Girl, we wanted to celebrate the inspiring work of the "Darth Rappers" team—a group of four young girls passionate about making a difference in the world. Last year, they were inspired by a conversation with Chief Vibrational Officer, Daniel Belquer, LLB MFA, whose work with Music:Not Impossible sparked an idea for their own project, Dance: Not Impossible. The girls set out to make dance accessible to the blind, leveraging AI, robotics, and haptic technology to create a multi-sensory system that provides audio, tactile, and haptic feedback. Their innovative approach earned them the prestigious first-place Motivate Award at the FIRST World Festival. Today, we celebrate their creativity, drive, and commitment to making the impossible NOT impossible. These young innovators are a powerful reminder of how the next generation can change the world when given the right tools and inspiration. Happy #InternationalDayoftheGirl! A little reminder from our Founder, Mick Ebeling, to help start your week: Change doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you commit, then figure it out. Sure, it’s uncomfortable, but if you commit to doing SOMETHING, no matter how big or small, that’s the first step to making the impossible, NOT impossible. Thank you to AHIP for having Mick close out #AHIPDigital last month, where he was able to share his simple yet unique approach to how we can all make real world-changing impact. 

Last week, we had the opportunity to join One Young World in Montreal, and it was AMAZING! In partnership with Deloitte, the Not Impossible Institute led a workshop for their emerging changemakers, sharing our philosophy that creating impact doesn't have to be this big, huge thing. It can start small! So to all the Deloitte delegates, remember: change is hard, change is hard, CHANGE IS HARD – but we do it anyway. As our Founder, Mick Ebeling, said … If you’re scared, if you feel like you’re not the right person to do it, PERFECT. You are exactly where you need to be. That’s the secret sauce.
