One week ago, we had the privilege of hosting the U.S. Biopharma Workforce Partnership Conference in Durham, North Carolina. 180 representatives from 100+ organizations joined us for two days of collaboration and best practice sharing focused on biopharma workforce and talent development. We heard from experts on strategies for selecting manufacturing sites, the role AI will play for the future biopharma workforce, industry-academic partnerships, labor market trends, and stories of industry professionals paving the way for the next generation through education and training. At the heart of the event was partnership and connection as attendees had opportunities to meet each other and form new collaborations to set a new course for the workforce of the future.
