Leading the Self-Empowerment Movement | Transformational Keynotes | Reimagining Leadership & Culture | Living Fully Alive

Know what I love most about American manufacturing? It's not the machinery. It's not the metrics. It's the human heart at the center of it all. At NIBCO INC., they believe in this mantra: "Goodness is the only investment that never fails." At Liberty Pumps, love isn't just part of their vocabulary. It's the foundation of their leadership. These are not just factories. They're living, breathing examples of how America pulls together. Yes, we've seen challenges: • 9,000 manufacturing jobs lost every month last year. • 25% fewer manufacturing companies since 1997. • 7.5 million jobs gone since 1979. But here's the untold story: In companies like NIBCO and Liberty Pumps, the spirit of American manufacturing isn't just alive—it's progressing. Not because they've embraced efficiency. But because they've embraced humanity. They understand that machines run on power. But great companies run on purpose. I've walked their floors. I've listened to their stories. And I've seen firsthand what happens when you invest in people—not just processes. This is how we bring back American manufacturing. Not just by reshoring jobs, But by restoring humanity. Because the future belongs to those who understand: The greatest product you can manufacture is opportunity. The strongest material is trust. And the most powerful force is good. Here's to the companies who know: Every machine, every pipe, every pump. Carries something more valuable than inventory— It carries hope. ♻️ Repost to share these stories.
