For the past 5 years, I have had the privilege of helping to shape the curriculum for Snap Academies and I even get to personally coach scholars in their leadership development through my work with Next Shift Learning. This program is a game-changer, creating real opportunities for Community College Students and Opportunity Youth—two groups that are brimming with talent but are often overlooked in traditional tech pipelines.
