A huge thank you to the Indy Chamber for cohosting today's Developer Roundtable at the Plainfield Civic Center! We were proud to showcase why developers should choose Plainfield, highlighted by Isaac Bamgbose of New City Development’s decision to invest $300 million in Hobbs Station. Guests enjoyed tours of Hendricks Live! and a panel of experts who shared why Plainfield is the best place to live, work, play, and invest. We're excited about the future and grateful for the strong partnerships that make our community thrive!

🌿🚂 A Touch of History Meets Modern Luxury at Hobbs Station 🚂🌿 Naturspire is thrilled to share our latest installation at Hobbs Station, Plainfield's newest luxury apartment complex! 🌟 We had the honor of creating a stunning 20ft x 10ft moss wall, designed with lines that pay homage to the old railroad tracks that once passed through this historic area. This biophilic masterpiece not only adds a vibrant touch of greenery but also weaves in the rich history of Hobbs Station, creating a meaningful connection between the past and the present. ✨ We’re so proud to help bring nature and design together in this incredible space. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by and see it for yourself! #Naturspire #MossWall #BiophilicDesign #HobbsStation #PlainfieldIN #LuxuryLiving #ConnectingNatureAndHistory #GreenDesign #indianapolis #carmelindiana #mosswallart #mossart #greenwalls #greenwallart #botanicalwalls #biophilicdesign #biophilia

  • New City Development Partners is excited to share an update on our transformation of a former Marsh grocery store into a 24/7 DINK Pickleball – a premier indoor pickleball facility!   Located on 116th Street in Fishers, this 57,000-square-foot space will feature 20 courts designed to deliver the best indoor pickleball experience in Indiana for enthusiasts and casual players alike.   Construction is progressing well, and we’re on track to open in Q1 2025. To learn more about the facility and its operations, visit 24/7 DINK Pickleball.   We’re thrilled about the positive impact this development will have on the Fishers community. Stay tuned for more updates—including exciting additions to the parking lot—as we prepare to open our doors in early 2025!   #FishersIN #Pickleball #CommunityDevelopment

  • Earlier this week, U.S. Congressman Jim Baird toured Hobbs Station in Plainfield, joined by Town Manager Andrew Klinger and members of the Town Council. During the tour, the Congressman said, "When you talk about providing housing for Hoosiers [for all life-stages: apartments, senior housing, townhomes, and for-sale homes], you see it here at Hobbs Station. A family can move into a unit here, and when your family [grows up], you can move over into the housing for seniors. It’s nice because the seniors will still have access to the community aspect of Hobbs Station. I think that’s a great thing for the members of our community who have lost a spouse or have family who have moved away and could potentially become lonely. Hobbs Station will be a wonderful place for people of all ages to call home." We couldn’t agree more. Our team can’t wait for people from all walks of life to experience the thoughtful design and scale this project promises to offer. The public-private partnership behind Hobbs Station is a testament to what we can achieve when we unite our resources and vision. NCD Partners is proud to collaborate with the Town of Plainfield and our other project partners—Shiel Sexton, Valeo, First Internet Bank, Podell Partners, Barrett & Stokely, Studio M, Kimley Horn, Avenue, Pulte, and Taylor Morrison—in realizing the vision for Hobbs Station.

  • New City Development Partners’ very own Isaac Bamgbose was grateful for the opportunity to join fellow developers on the Bisnow Indianapolis State of the Market panel to discuss the future of the Hoosier State. With competitive costs of living, a favorable business environment, and unique amenities, Indianapolis has the potential to attract talent from across the country.
