Earlier this week, U.S. Congressman Jim Baird toured Hobbs Station in Plainfield, joined by Town Manager Andrew Klinger and members of the Town Council.
During the tour, the Congressman said, "When you talk about providing housing for Hoosiers [for all life-stages: apartments, senior housing, townhomes, and for-sale homes], you see it here at Hobbs Station. A family can move into a unit here, and when your family [grows up], you can move over into the housing for seniors. It’s nice because the seniors will still have access to the community aspect of Hobbs Station. I think that’s a great thing for the members of our community who have lost a spouse or have family who have moved away and could potentially become lonely. Hobbs Station will be a wonderful place for people of all ages to call home."
We couldn’t agree more. Our team can’t wait for people from all walks of life to experience the thoughtful design and scale this project promises to offer.
The public-private partnership behind Hobbs Station is a testament to what we can achieve when we unite our resources and vision. NCD Partners is proud to collaborate with the Town of Plainfield and our other project partners—Shiel Sexton, Valeo, First Internet Bank, Podell Partners, Barrett & Stokely, Studio M, Kimley Horn, Avenue, Pulte, and Taylor Morrison—in realizing the vision for Hobbs Station.
