Caroline Gibson knows how to connect the dots between what clients need to know—and when they need to know it. As part of the team focused on client communications at Net Health, she helps shape the updates, stories, and events that keep our clients informed and empowered. With a background in Business Administration from Plymouth State University, Caroline explored everything from finance to HR before finding her stride in communications strategy—where she quickly saw how clear, consistent messaging can shape real client outcomes. “I get to work with teams across the company to make sure the client perspective shows up in everything we create,” she says. “Our newsletters, events, and content are designed to support them, spotlight their challenges, and share the insights they need most.” Caroline is currently helping lead the charge on the next issue of Net Health's Quarterly Newsletter and collaborating across multiple teams to support Net Health NEXT 2025, our annual client conference. Silber brings a rare mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and client-first energy to her role at Alinea, now part of Net Health. With a background in both vocal performance and math, Paige has built a career around solving complex puzzles and connecting with people at every level of care delivery. After four years at Epic, she joined Alinea to work more closely in the Long-Term Care and Post-Acute (LTCPA) space—where her passion for improving care for seniors now drives her daily. “Every member of the Alinea team falls in love with problems,” she says. “And because our product is shaped by the voice of the client, we get to design solutions that truly reflect the challenges they face.” Lately, Paige has been helping clients navigate the constantly shifting world of Medicare Advantage plans, from credentialing to prior authorizations. Her involvement in industry groups like ADVION and NARA keeps her close to regulatory changes, fueling the kind of innovation that makes life easier for therapy providers—and ultimately better for the patients they serve.
