Caroline Gibson knows how to connect the dots between what clients need to know—and when they need to know it. As part of the team focused on client communications at Net Health, she helps shape the updates, stories, and events that keep our clients informed and empowered. With a background in Business Administration from Plymouth State University, Caroline explored everything from finance to HR before finding her stride in communications strategy—where she quickly saw how clear, consistent messaging can shape real client outcomes. “I get to work with teams across the company to make sure the client perspective shows up in everything we create,” she says. “Our newsletters, events, and content are designed to support them, spotlight their challenges, and share the insights they need most.” Caroline is currently helping lead the charge on the next issue of Net Health's Quarterly Newsletter and collaborating across multiple teams to support Net Health NEXT 2025, our annual client conference. Outside of work, Caroline is a lifelong skier who grew up exploring the mountains of New Hampshire, and a dedicated music lover who tries to catch a live show at least once a month (her favorite so far: Lollapalooza 2024) 🔴 #careers #MeetTheTeam #NetHealth

What does it take to move rehab therapy forward? For Wibbi, it starts with smarter pathways to outcomes. Their new CarePath Solution is designed to help providers meet their RTM and outcomes goals—without adding complexity to the clinician’s day. We’re proud to partner with Wibbi as a sponsor of Net Health NEXT 2025, where leaders from across the industry will be gathering to tackle the future of care. Joining us in Austin will be Etienne Gobeil, President & CEO, and Mathieu Gobeil, Director of Business Development—two brothers with a shared passion for growth (and for hiking some of the toughest trails they can find). Thank you Wibbi for helping make this year’s conference possible! 🔴🔗: https://lnkd.in/gtwVgzQ3 #RehabTherapy #HealthTech #Leadership #NetHealthNEXT

We’re proud to announce that Christy Totin has been named Chief Financial Officer at Net Health. Over the past six years, Christy has held leadership roles across analytics, FP&A, and accounting—building the teams and systems that have helped guide Net Health through some of its most strategic inflection points. Her promotion is a reflection of what we value most: thoughtful leadership, long-term vision, and the kind of talent that grows with the company. As we continue scaling solutions across the restorative care continuum, Christy’s steady hand and strategic clarity will be key to the next chapter. 🔴 #NetHealth #Leadership

For Jon Blanciak, a former industrial management student at Carnegie Mellon University, a chance encounter with a tech startup in Pittsburgh turned into a 20-year journey at the forefront of wound care innovation. Now a Regional Account Executive at Net Health, he reflects on what’s changed, what still needs to—and how the right technology is helping hospitals reduce litigation risk, meet regulatory demands, and reconnect clinicians with patient care. 🔴🔗: https://lnkd.in/e2UtyBvt #woundcare #healthtech #leadership #NetHealth

For Net Health, shaping the future of healthcare through technology also means using it to connect the members of our fully remote team. Technology evolves, but our mission to lead and connect community hasn’t—we just do it across time zones. Whether in Port St. Lucie or the Pacific Northwest, we show up for each other and for our clients. Today, though, we’re showing love to our home base and the place where it all started for us: Pittsburgh, PA. 🖤💛 #CompanyCulture #NetHealth #remote

Baking enthusiast. Opera singer. Medicare Advantage decoder. Paige M. Silber brings a rare mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and client-first energy to her role at Alinea, now part of Net Health. With a background in both vocal performance and math, Paige has built a career around solving complex puzzles and connecting with people at every level of care delivery. After four years at Epic, she joined Alinea to work more closely in the Long-Term Care and Post-Acute (LTCPA) space—where her passion for improving care for seniors now drives her daily. “Every member of the Alinea team falls in love with problems,” she says. “And because our product is shaped by the voice of the client, we get to design solutions that truly reflect the challenges they face.” Lately, Paige has been helping clients navigate the constantly shifting world of Medicare Advantage plans, from credentialing to prior authorizations. Her involvement in industry groups like ADVION and NARA keeps her close to regulatory changes, fueling the kind of innovation that makes life easier for therapy providers—and ultimately better for the patients they serve. Outside of work, Paige is a mom to a spirited two-year-old named Calvin, a lover of Valentine’s Day, and a self-declared pink enthusiast (shoutout to the Alinea team for dressing in pink to celebrate her favorite holiday!) We’re building with people who are passionate, practical, and endlessly curious.
