Big news for campers! The campground at Rough Rider State Park is getting a redesign! Starting August 18, construction will begin on a major campground redesign, nearly doubling the number of campsites and enhancing amenities. The park, located just south of Medora, will be open through the spring and summer until this date, so be sure to book your stay while you can. Reservations open 95 days in advance! Get ready for an improved camping experience with modern water and electrical services, refreshed equestrian accommodations, a new dump station and a combined comfort station and storm shelter.
