"Majestic." "Wondrous." "Spectacular." "Onceinalifetimeamazinglyawesome." These are some of the ways you all described the 2024 total solar eclipse, which swept across North America exactly one year ago today! Glenn was the only NASA center in the eclipse path of totality on April 8, 2024, plunging into darkness for nearly four minutes as the face of the Sun was completely covered by the Moon. More than 35,000 of you (+Snoopy!) joined us at Great Lakes Science Center in downtown Cleveland to watch this dazzling celestial event. Our center's world-class test facilities and unrivaled expertise in power, propulsion, and communications are crucial to NASA’s missions to return humans the Moon–one of the stars of the show that day. What do YOU remember about the eclipse? ⬇️🗨️
