Today, H.J. Res 75 passed the House—a key step in stopping the Department of Energy’s costly new commercial refrigeration equipment (CRE) standards. NAMA actively worked with lawmakers to highlight the problems with these regulations, which could increase equipment costs without significant energy savings, putting small operators at risk.
