Registrars are navigating these challenges in real-time, finding solutions that keep higher ed moving forward. 2️⃣ Network like your career depends on it—because it might. AACRAO isn’t just about learning; it’s about connecting. These colleagues care deeply about student success and may be the key to your next opportunity. 3️⃣ Check in on your registrars. They’re the quiet force behind a smooth student experience, working tirelessly to ensure everything runs efficiently. Their well-being matters. 4️⃣ The next generation of registrars is here. They will face challenges and setbacks—support, guide, and help them grow. 5️⃣ Give them space to explore. Curiosity fuels innovation. When given room to experiment, these professionals can transform institutional processes for the better. 6️⃣ Provide real perks. This work doesn’t fit into a 9–5 box.
