MultiCare Connected Care is an independent Accountable Care Organization made up of a wide range of health care providers and services — from doctors to dietitians, from hospitals to home health services. Working together, we are transforming health care in our region, for both providers and patients. Using fully integrated technology, treatment standards and resources we make it easier — and less expensive — for patients to get the care they need. We share the responsibility for keeping our patients healthy, not just treating them when they are sick.
