We're excited to welcome Dr. Karen O’Flynn as Mountainside’s new Medical Director! A board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in inpatient, emergency, and academic psychiatry, Dr. O’Flynn brings a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. Her background includes leadership roles at Griffin Hospital and Charlotte Hungerford Hospital as well as psychiatrist roles at The Institute of Living and Mount Sinai Medical Center. We’re thrilled to have her join our team and support our mission to change lives through exceptional treatment.

Excited and honored to welcome Thea Diserio Ross, alongside case managers Morgan Hall and Dan Leventhal from Mountainside's Continuing Care department, to Lantana Recovery of CT. Thea, one of my favorites, a former colleague and mentor, has been a significant influence on my Behavioral Healthcare career, particularly in Business Development. Looking forward to reconnecting with her and collaborating once more as our team at Lantana Recovery eagerly anticipates this opportunity. Mountainside Treatment Center embarked on its journey nearly three decades ago with a vision to provide patients a holistic treatment experience, addressing mind, body, and spirit. By combining evidence-based clinical approaches with holistic and experiential components, Mountainside's comprehensive program ensures a well-rounded care model. Today, the main campus spans over 200 acres, offering detox, residential, PHP, extended care for both men and women, and outpatient services. With an additional 5 outpatient locations and virtual services across the tri-state area, Mountainside caters to diverse patient needs, providing various entry points for treatment.
