Today our Founder and CEO, Kim Morreale McAuliffe, had the incredible honor of speaking to a powerhouse crowd of more than 100 women at the Professional Women's Club of Chicago. The topic? The Power of We. Kim shared her journey—one shaped by deep, meaningful relationships with mentors who helped guide her path, challenge her growth, and cheer her on. She reminded us that no success story is a solo act. Her biggest tip for women ready to lead boldly: follow your instincts and set clear goals. Trusting your gut and staying focused can turn ambition into real impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to connect, inspire, and keep building this community of strong, driven women. #ThePowerOfWe #PWCC #WomenSupportingWomen #Leadership #MentorshipMatters #TrustYourInstincts

The Burnham Avenue Railroad Crossing Study is an important project aiming to improve mobility and safety at an at-grade crossing in the Village of Burnham. A Community Advisory Group, consisting of expert stakeholders, gathered in January to discuss various solutions to make the project's aimed improvement. Morreale Communications enjoyed collaborating with the Village of Burnham, Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (DoTH) Cook County Government and Mott MacDonald to host this meeting and examine opportunities for the community that will bring a preferred solution to all.
