Thank you to everyone who joined us to learn practical meal planning tips, delicious recipe ideas, and creative ways to enjoy more fruits and vegetables. Here are a few healthy takeaways shared during class: 🍅 Read nutrition labels to make informed food selections. 🥑 Include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your daily meals. 🍑 Plan meals ahead of time to make mindful grocery choices.
