Today, we’re celebrating Kenny Heusinkvelt for reaching five years at Monolith. As a Reliability Technician, Kenny plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly - identifying issues before they become problems and ensuring our equipment performs at its best. We asked Kenny's leader, Brent Anderjaska, about his impact at Monolith: "After five years, Kenny has a good deal of institutional knowledge and jumps in wherever he's needed. By focusing on things like preventative and predictive maintenance, procedures writing, and quickly handling maintenance issues when they arise, Kenny's impact is felt daily. It's a big lift to have him in the maintenance department." More than eight years ago, Markus Finkbeiner took a leap with Monolith - moving from California to Nebraska to help design, build, and operate our core technology. With a background in Mechatronics and mechanical engineering, Markus has spent his career turning research into real-world solutions. His deep expertise in high-temperature materials and applications has been key to turning Monolith’s technology into a commercially viable reality. For Markus, it’s about more than engineering - it’s about solving problems no one has solved before. It’s about building the world’s first commercially viable, high-temperature methane pyrolysis facility and working alongside people who are just as driven to rethink what’s possible. It’s also about impact - creating sustainable jobs in the heart of the country while preserving the environment for future generations. As a key player in clean energy innovation, Monolith is proud to see Matt contributing his expertise to help position Nebraska as a leader in technology and innovation.

Recently, some of our Women At Monolith (WAM) team members attended the Women in Philanthropy Helping Hands Auction. This event brought people together to support initiatives that empower our local community. We're honored to be part of this effort and inspired by the collective generosity that drives change.
