The Case NDI Shop was upgraded to meet modern aircraft engine inspection and maintenance standards. 🚧 Minnesota State Office Building Project Moving Forward 🚧 At a recent state hearing, officials confirmed the renovation and expansion remain on schedule for completion by July 29, 2027. MOCA Systems, Inc., the project manager, reported steady progress. Interior demolition is complete, reconstruction is underway, and masonry and window installations are scheduled this spring. More than 90% of materials have been secured, locking in pricing and reducing cost risks. Of the $513.53 million budget, $483.76 million has been allocated. “We’re locked into a lot of pricing, which is really good news,” said Joe Stahlmann Vice president at MSI.
