Looking back on the last 6 months after I took over my store, and I’m very grateful to have gone through all of these growing pains with the team I have. I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish and the effort my team has given me! Some of the things we’ve accomplished in just 6 months : • Broke every sales record from a daily to monthly to quarterly. •Finished the month in the top 3 malls in the company the entire time we had a rank bonus. •Raised the profit margin from by an average of 18% since I’ve taken over •Sponsored Diwali night for the Indian Student association out of the University of Idaho! •Sponsored Yaldi night for the Persian Student association out of Washington State University •Won the region trophy of Washington East’s last month as a region •Qualified for One Club (Cabo vacation for being a top 5 store in the company) •Built a strong connection with the local community Huge shout out Devon Gwartney and Abdullah Al-Yakoob for working with me and making all of this possible. Definitely an A team! Excited to see what the next 6 months has in store
