Came across mobile.dev's Maestro (https://www.maestro.dev/) and it's Elegant! Before starting anything, we need to establish something real quick - "Trust me, I've come across Maestro less than 24 hours ago"...! Let me lay out how simple it is - You install Maestro with a simple command You set the platform in Maestro using a simple command again You make sure your emulator is running You write simple commands in a .yaml file, mentioning what needs to be done You RUN IT Boom! You just ran your first test flow. Okay, I left many details there, but Maestro's documentation doesn't leave any. Here it is - https://docs.maestro.dev/ I tested my default Flutter app with this, and below is the recording. Guess what, that's not the video I created working hard, maestro did it with a simple command "maestro record Flow.yaml" The Pros - It's open source.
