The steersman paddle above our Mo'olelo (story) wall is a reminder of our value of Kuleana—the responsibility to lead and guide. Just like a steersman keeps the canoe on course, we take pride in leading with aloha—cooking with love and serving up good food for all to enjoy. 🤙🏽

This week, our support team had the incredible opportunity to rub shoulders with our operation teams in-store. Experiencing firsthand what our team members do every day, gave us a deeper appreciation for their dedication to serving aloha and delicious food. Not only did we gain new skills, but we also had a blast serving plates and connecting with our customers. It was a meaningful reminder of the impact our teams make daily, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve shoulder to shoulder with them!
