Not every career path is a straight line — and Andrii Pereidenko’s journey at Miratech is proof that the best ones rarely are. With a degree in Electronic Devices and Foreign Economic Activities, Andrii joined Miratech in 2014 seeking growth. He found more than a job — a dynamic career shaped by challenges, curiosity, and continuous development. Starting as a Test Engineer, Andrii quickly moved into the role of Test Lead. By 2016, he stepped out of his comfort zone and into the role of Project Manager. Today, he’s a Program Manager, leading one of the key segments of the Synergy Program at Miratech. But his path wasn’t always smooth. “I used to be a perfectionist — I believed that if you want something done right, you do it yourself. That mindset worked in QA, but not in project management. I had to learn to trust my team, think strategically, and accept that failure is part of the process. The key is to learn from it and moving forward.” Through every transition, Andrii embraced one core principle: never stop growing. Every project, every stakeholder, and every roadblock brought new lessons. “Miratech has been instrumental in my development. Mentorship here doesn’t mean someone hands you the answers — it means they help you ask the right questions. That’s where real growth happens.” For those exploring careers in project management or considering joining Miratech, Andrii shares this #advice: “Think big. Stay curious. Be open to change and ready to take initiative. Success comes to those who adapt.” Looking ahead, Andrii is excited to step further into leadership, champion innovation, and support the continued growth of Miratech’s Polish office. “The future at Miratech looks incredibly promising.
