The journey to the finals was an unforgettable experience filled with energy and passion everyday. As a graphic designer, I was fortunate to be a part of this dynamic process. From designing playoff rally towels and wrapping the Target Center, to having the commissioner spot my work at MSP—each project (and Lytho request) was a testament to the power of creativity and teamwork. It’s moments like these that make it all worth it. Having the chance to contribute to so many moving pieces during my first season here is something I’ll always hold close to my heart"

We’re back celebrating the amazing people behind Minnesota Timberwolves & Minnesota Lynx! 🐺 🫶 Gabby Pitera Talent Acquisition Coordinator- "For the last 4 years, I've been coaching youth girls basketball in my free time. One of my favorite memories working with the Timberwolves and Lynx was when our 4th-8th grade girls teams participated in one of our programs where youth teams get to scrimmage on the Timberwolves Court. It was really cool to be able to show them where I work and watch them genuinely have the time of their lives (one of them even sank an NBA 3!) Exposing them to such a big stage and reminding them that so many professional players were once in their shoes taught them that with a little hard work, they could potentially play here again some day.     Sometimes it's easy to get lost in the job and forget how lucky you are to work for such a cool, unique and often inspiring organization. This experience reminded me not to take any of it for granted."

I am not originally from here—just like many of our players and staff—but this community truly reaches out and includes everyone, regardless of their background. Here, everyone treats you like a neighbor, shows up for one another, and makes you feel like part of something special. Being a part of this community and the Timberwolves and Lynx family is truly a blessing. One of my favorite moments—which I see often—is when we highlight someone during a game. Whether it’s an active service member, veteran, patient, or community leader, they always receive a standing ovation from the crowd. Our fans feel like family, and watching them extend love and positive energy to those who deserve that moment of celebration never fails to bring tears to my eyes—no matter how long I’ve been doing this."
