𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡! 🎉 We are pleased to officially announce that we have recently signed the contract for land in the 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐧! The property is located on the German side next to the boarder to the Netherlands and measures approximately 13.000 m². Since CEROBEAR was founded in 1989 as a spin-off from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology (IPT) in Aachen, we gradually expanded: The foundation for further growth was laid when we moved into our own facility in Herzogenrath-Kohlscheid close to Aachen in 1997. In 2013, we completed the second building so that we operate two adjacent, fully airconditioned high-tech manufacturing sites, totally 4.000 m² of space in Kohlscheid. Due to our growth, we have been renting additional space, mainly for production, in Alsdorf since 2023. Today, we are happy that our 𝐟𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, particularly in the 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 Sector, is becoming reality. However, this also means that we need even more production space. Therefore, we are delighted to be able to continue our course for growth with the recent acquisition of land. 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐎𝟐-𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 in our facility in Herzogenrath (according to SBTi Scope 2; < 2 % offsetting). Moreover, we are continuously implementing various measures to further reduce our CO2 emissions from the remaining sources and also to reduce our general electricity consumption. However, thanks to the new building, we now have the unique opportunity to think about 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝟒.𝟎 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 right from the start. We are therefore particularly pleased that we are in a position to implement new innovative concepts for the 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬!
