Late one night, MCTS driver Quantez J. was about to end his shift, but he noticed a woman waiting at a nearby bus stop. He stopped to let her know he was not in service and discovered the woman did not speak English. Quantez took extra time and effort to work with Dispatch to ensure that the rider reached her destination safely. Thank you, Quantez, for your patience and dedication to help others. #MCTSExcellence

MCTS driver Terrance B. came upon a scary sight when he pulled up to his stop one night: a man had fallen outside of St. Luke’s Hospital and was bleeding. Working alongside several individuals and a passenger from his bus, Terrance was able to help get the man into a wheelchair and get him into the hospital’s ER for medical assistance. Thanks, Terrance, for being aware of your surroundings. #MCTSExcellence
