National Child Abuse Prevention Month is an opportunity to build the foundation for our youths' futures. 🚸 The Mental Health Association of Central Florida and our powerful network of prevention advocates and practitioners from coast to coast is poised to provide families what they need before they are in crisis. But we know we can’t do this alone – we all have a role to play as healthy partners in our communities. Our organization helps youths in our community through our Youth and Family Services Program by providing free counseling and medication management for youths (6-17 years old) without insurance. Learn more about our program and complete a referral form by visiting: https://lnkd.in/eDBaDRG9 This program is operated by the Mental Health Association of Central Florida, and sponsored by Central Florida Cares Health System, Inc. and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families. #YouthAndFamily #MentalHealthMatters #BuildingTogether #CAPMonth2025 #HopefulFutures @Prevent Child Abuse America #YAALG #YouAreALifeguard

The Mental Health Association of Central Florida LOVES Lake Eola Park! 🦢💚⛲ Our main office is located at the Day Building on East Robinson Street and we adore all our feathery friends at the park. Being able to practice self-care by walking around the lake is important to us and we are grateful to have such a gorgeous view! We will also be hosting our Mental Health Awareness Month kickoff at Lake Eola Park on Thursday night, May 1st in which we'll be turning the fountain green for mental health! 🧠💚 Vote for Lake Eola Park as USA TODAY 10BEST's Best City Park here: https://lnkd.in/dQyt_u2E #LakeEolaPark #USAToday #BestPark
