This is a full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $80,000-100,000 per year (commensurate with experience). Local Law 147, which has now changed the definition of a “major building” from a building that is 10 or more stories or 125 feet to a building that is 7 or more stories or 75 feet: Now need to provide Licensed SSM or SSC and Licensed Super.
