    𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗡𝗬𝗖) Menotti Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support a Government Agency Mentorship Program in the New York City area. This is a full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $80,000-100,000 per year (commensurate with experience). 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 *Plan & Coordinate: Develop project schedules, track budgets, and maintain comprehensive documentation. *Mentorship Support: Work alongside senior team members to guide small business contractors, ensuring they meet compliance and performance targets. *Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to local regulations and safety standards; assist with audits or inspections as needed. *Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments; recommend corrective actions where necessary. *Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and government stakeholders; facilitate project meetings and document action items. *Continuous Improvement: Identify workflow enhancements, document lessons learned, and help refine training materials for program participants. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 *Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related field. *2+ years of relevant experience in Design or Construction Management. *NYC DOB SST Worker Card (valid card). *Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project). *Familiarity with safety principles, compliance regulations, and quality assurance (basic training/experience preferred). *Excellent Communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. *Ability to Travel for on-site visits, which may involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or carrying up to 25 lbs.   • Local Law 147, which has now changed the definition of a “major building” from a building that is 10 or more stories or 125 feet to a building that is 7 or more stories or 75 feet: Now need to provide Licensed SSM or SSC and Licensed Super.
