Bowen Carthage (hospital campus) Carthage (Locust Street) Colchester Hamilton LaHarpe Nauvoo Memorial Hospital continues to be a "Living Memorial" for those providing protection for our country's Past, Present & Future. On September 10, 1950, the citizens of Hancock County gathered for the dedication of their new Memorial Hospital. This was indeed a fitting memorial to the men and women of Hancock County who lost their lives, for it meant the healing of illness and saving of lives among their own people.
