MCoBeauty is Australia’s leading luxe-for-less, cruelty-free and vegan beauty brand. Our whole #BSFreeBeauty brand ethos is inspired by you! We create innovative beauty solutions and trend-focused products, with our entire range priced under $30. We are here to serve everyday women who want amazing, results-driven products that are affordable, yet still deliver on quality. Our goal is to make our customers feel excited about their next beauty purchase, because our products have been tailored to reflect exactly what women really want in their makeup bags: believable, achievable beauty. The brand is focused on current trends and continues to evolve with a finger-on-the-pulse strategy, collaborating with some of Australia’s most popular women as our much-loved MCoBeauty ambassadors. We count social media stars Jules Sebastian, Leigh Campbell and the epic Celeste Barber as the fabulous brand faces we are lucky enough to work with everyday. MCoBeauty was founded by our CEO Shelley Sullivan in 2016, 14 years after Shelley created her first wildly successful beauty brand, ModelCo. Five years later, we are proud to embody our #BSFreeBeauty motto and we walk the walk every single day. We are proudly female-founded, female-run and female-owned. MCoBeauty is a PETA-certified cosmetics company. We do not test on animals.

  • At MCoBeauty, we were delighted to attend the VidaCorp ANZ Commercial Conference last week on the Gold Coast. It was a truly invaluable opportunity to come together, share our vision, and focus on the exciting prospects ahead—not only for VidaCorp, but specifically for MCoBeauty. Colin Armstrong, VidaCorp's Chief Commercial Officer, officially opened the conference by unveiling our 2025 theme, “Now is the Moment.” This set the tone for embracing the importance of seizing the opportunities before us. The presentations from each category and brand team clearly demonstrated just how ready we are to build a next-generation company that will redefine health, wellness, and beauty.   We were privileged to hear from our senior leaders, including DBG Health Executive Chairman and CEO Dennis Bastas, who spoke passionately about the ambition and potential of DBG Health, and VidaCorp CEO Sandy Mellis, who shared our global vision and the steps we’re taking to build the next-generation organisation. We were also fortunate to hear from Steve Sammartino, our keynote speaker, who offered a thought-provoking perspective on how technology will shape our future.   A special thank you to our MCoBeauty team—Kaitlin Rady, Morgan Jenkins, Alexandra Latimer, and Beci Mamo —for their exceptional presentation, which provided valuable insights into our plans for FY26 and beyond. We are excited for the journey ahead as we continue to realise our vision and elevate MCoBeauty to new heights.

    The Walmart Birkin or “Wirkin” has set off a discussion about status, luxury fashion and brand gatekeeping. Compared to four- and five-figure designer bags, beauty products are often referred to as accessible luxuries. Still, many remain too expensive for the masses. That’s where dupe brands like MCoBeauty have come in, offering replicates of covetable prestige products (Charlotte Tilbury’s Hollywood Flawless Filter and Dior’s Addict Lip Oil Glow, for example) for a fraction of the price. On social media, product hunters have become adept at sniffing out the best dupes, and the dupe brands have taken off. MCoBeauty is the No. 1 mass-market makeup brand in Australia, and now it’s entered stores in the United States. Target has rolled it out to 1,200 Target locations with 100 products under $15. The launch follows its arrival at Kroger, where it has quickly become one of the top three cosmetics brands. The retailers' embrace of dupes is controversial in the beauty industry, where many detest dupe brands riding on the creativity of others, but data has shown dupes have grown the market. Our products are available online now and will be hitting shelves on the 16th of February.    This milestone marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we’re proud to have partnered with Campbell Puckett and Jett Puckett to bring this campaign to life. Their creative vision has been instrumental in showcasing MCoBeauty’s core message: luxury beauty should be accessible to all.   We’re also excited to feature an original track by JVKE, whose music perfectly captures the feeling of luxury, complementing our anti-gatekeeping approach to beauty.   MCoBeauty continues to expand globally, already a leader at retailers like Woolworths, Big W, Chemist Warehouse in Australia, and Kroger in the U.S. This new partnership with Target further solidifies our commitment to making high-quality beauty available to everyone.   #MCoBeauty #LuxeforLess
