Progress Update at White Gables 🚧 On Monday, we started the process of pouring gypsum concrete on the floors at White Gables, creating a strong, level surface for the next phase of construction. Gypsum concrete provides excellent fire resistance and soundproofing—key elements in multi-unit buildings like this one. A few weeks ago, we hosted a Parents Night Out at Martin Horn. It was a chance for our team members to take a break while their kids enjoyed an evening of games, activities, and dinner.
