Livonia C3 tops out! MAP staff (pictured like a super hero movie poster 😊) joins developer Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and builder Monadnock Construction, Inc. at this NYSERDA #BuildingsofExcellence and Blue Ribbon for Design Excellence winner. Part of a multi-site development along Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn, this mixed-use building will offer 142 affordable apartments for seniors as well as a full-service Older Adult Center for the community and is expected to complete in the summer of 2026. https://lnkd.in/e2PVStHw
