This month, we’re featuring a project completed by Custom Patio Solutions of Indiana. They recently installed MagnaTrack screens at the personal home of a Fort Wayne builder they’ve partnered with on nearly 10 other homes. Located in Huntertown, IN, the builder’s home features a beautiful covered patio overlooking a wooded lot. He had the creative idea to add MagnaTrack screens to this space, enhancing comfort and functionality. He also chose to install a screen on a smaller heated alcove, using it to trap warmth so he can enjoy the space even during the winter months.
