Alex Dabagh, the designer behind Made by Alex, is a 2nd generation leather smith. Having grown up in his father Pierre’s factory, an immigrant from Beirut, he learned the leather craft. Alex’s factory is now one of the last and oldest still operating in New York City since 1982.
