The Wall Street Journal this week reported on the opportunities that will arise for top retail REITs like #Macerich in the wake of Forever 21’s expected store closures. “The mall industry right now, in terms of supply and demand, is in the best shape that it’s been in probably 20 years,” said Floris van Dijkum, managing director at the investment firm Compass Point Research & Trading. Macerich has finalized terms with PenFed Credit Union on a new multi-year sponsorship and member engagement agreement at our Tysons Corner Center property.
