Earlier today, Lumio announced an important and exciting step forward to solidify our position as the residential solar partner of choice. We have entered into an agreement with White Oak, our primary senior secured lender, to acquire substantially all of our assets and voluntarily initiated a court process to finalize the sale, subject to higher and better bids. With this announcement, we are positioning our business to move forward with a stronger financial foundation, well-equipped for sustainable growth at the forefront of the solar industry. We are excited to announce Daniel Larkin as our new Chief Strategy Officer. Dan was most recently the founder and CEO of Solo, a solar software company aimed at optimizing sales flows and streamlining company operations.
