The Court recently convened key stakeholders, from elected officials to County and City departments, to discuss the proposal for an Eviction Diversion Program. With rising housing costs and increasing evictions, we’re working to find collaborative solutions that keep tenants housed while ensuring landlords receive timely rent payments.

Court Leadership traveled to Sacramento for the 2025 State of the Judiciary Address, where Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero highlighted the importance of court funding, remote proceedings, and safeguarding access to justice.
