Calling all Volunteers: Senior Portfolio Defenses: (5 Volunteers Needed) Los Angeles Education Partnership is looking for industry professionals, ideally from the Public Service Pathway, to volunteer as panelists for our Senior Portfolio Defense! As a panelist, you’ll listen to student presentations and offer feedback from an industry perspective. You’ll work alongside the student’s lead panelist and a teacher to guide the conversation. This event is a culmination and celebration of the students' hard work and achievements, and it's a great opportunity to help shape the next generation of professionals! Yesterday was a powerful day of learning and exchange as we hosted the East and Southern Africa Conrad N. Hilton Foundation team at Los Angeles Education Partnership! We shared best practices in early childhood workforce development through our Ready2Teach program. We were on the ground, visiting Family Child Care homes and LAEP‘s Early Head Start site, connecting with employer partners, participants, and some of our LAEP business consultants.
