We accepted the 2025 ACEC Texas Engineering Excellence Gold Medal Award at the 55th Engineering Excellence Awards Gala for our role in Houston Public Works' Northeast Transmission Line (NETL)—the largest waterline project in Houston’s history. As Technical Advisor to Houston Public Works, we were responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all 13 segments of this 16.5-mile transmission line. The NETL now delivers sustainable surface water to a system that serves over 4 million residents, reducing reliance on groundwater and advancing regional subsidence goals. Thank you to ACEC Texas for recognizing this transformative project and to Houston Public Works for the opportunity to support a more resilient water future for Greater Houston. #EngineeringExcellence #NETL #HoustonInfrastructure #WaterResilience
